IMPORTANT: Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergency, please contact 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 immediately.
Nature of Services
We Are All Broken provides life coaching services, educational programs, and digital resources designed to help clients manage overwhelm, develop better life systems, and achieve personal goals. These services are for educational and personal development purposes only.
Coaching Is Not Therapy
Life coaching is distinctly different from psychological therapy or counseling:
- Coaching focuses on present and future goals, not past trauma or clinical diagnoses
- Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions
- Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Coaches are not licensed mental health professionals (unless separately licensed)
- Coaching does not provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services
When to Seek Professional Help Instead
You should seek help from a licensed mental health professional (therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist) if you are experiencing:
- Suicidal thoughts or intentions
- Severe depression, anxiety, or panic attacks
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Eating disorders
- Substance abuse or addiction
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other serious mental illness
- Self-harm behaviors
- Domestic violence or abuse
- Any condition requiring clinical diagnosis or medication management
Client Responsibility
By engaging in coaching services with We Are All Broken, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your own mental and physical wellbeing
- You will seek appropriate professional help if needed
- You are capable of making your own decisions and taking responsibility for your actions
- You will inform your coach if you are receiving treatment from a mental health professional
- You will not rely on coaching as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
No Guarantees of Results
While we are committed to supporting your growth and development, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results from coaching services. Individual results vary based on many factors including:
- Your level of commitment and effort
- Your willingness to implement strategies and take action
- Your unique circumstances and challenges
- External factors beyond our control
Success in coaching requires active participation, honesty, and consistent effort on your part.

Confidentiality and Its Limits
