Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using weareallbroken.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Services Provided

We Are All Broken provides life coaching services, group programs, digital products, and related educational content. These services are for personal development and educational purposes only and do not constitute therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

Payment and Refunds

Payment is required in full before access to services or digital products. We offer the following refund policies:

• Group Programs: Full refund if canceled 7 days before start date; 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before; no refund after program starts
• 1:1 Coaching: Unused sessions refundable minus $50 admin fee if canceled with 48 hours notice
• VIP Intensive: Full refund if canceled 14 days before scheduled date; 50% refund if canceled 7-13 days before; no refund within 7 days
• Digital Products: No refunds once access is granted

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Respect the confidentiality of other group members
• Not share, distribute, or resell digital products or course materials
• Take responsibility for your own progress and outcomes

Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe mental health issues, crisis, or medical emergencies, please seek appropriate professional help. Results from coaching vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or when there is imminent risk of harm to self or others.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of We Are All Broken and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We Are All Broken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
